Welcome to Ashley Arms!
We are a small community in Lighthouse Point, Florida and we are glad you stopped by. We’ve developed this site so that our owners can communicate easily, especially those that are out of the state for part of the year and want to keep in touch with their neighbors.
We also want to communicate with those looking for a lovely place to call home and will attempt to post information about condos that are for sale; including those listed with local real estate agents or ‘for sale’ by owners.
Please take the time to enter your comments about our site, or take time to share memories from years gone by. We also welcome old owners that have moved away or friends of the family to visit and share your comments as well.

What a great turn out at the budget meeting, 20 in attendence, and one guest. Thanks for your input and we’ll try to get the answers you all need as soon as possible.

The approved and adopted budget for 2009 is in the mail and on it’s way to you. Please be sure to call the office if you have any questions about the enclosed material. Also we had discussed possibly allowing small dogs, a form was included to see what the interest might be for that as well.

Barbara, our insurance professional and fellow board member, advised us about the mandatory insurance that will have to be in place by January 1, 2009 by all unit owners. You will receive a letter from her outlining the details. She’ll be able to answer any questions you might have. If you currently have interior coverage, you insurance company will adjust to add the mandatory ‘loss assessment coverage’, if you do not currently have coverage you may have to purchase a minimum policy. Again, Barbara can answer any and all question regarding your insurance matters.
